Cancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing and must be
accompanied by the original registration details to the conference secretariat at
mcns2026@gmail.com.
Requests for cancellation and refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at
mcns2026@gmail.com.
Deduction of Charges
- • 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31 December 2025.
- • 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 15 January 2026.
- • 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 20 January 2026.
- • No refund will be made for requests received after 01 February 2026.
- • Refunds will be made 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only.
