It gives us Immense Pleasure to Invite You to the MCNS 2026 in the Holy City of Nashik.

Situated on the banks of Godavari and surrounded by Sahyadris, Nashik was once the Divine abode of Lord Rama himself!

The Theme for this Conference is “Sharing Experience, Striving For Excellence – In Neurosurgery”. We are arranging a host of Scientific activities viz. Orations, Symposia, Panel Discussions, Cadaveric Workshops and of course Cultural Events.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing and must be accompanied by the original registration details to the conference secretariat at mcns2026@gmail.com.

Requests for cancellation and refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at mcns2026@gmail.com.

Deduction of Charges
  • • 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31 December 2025.
  • • 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 15 January 2026.
  • • 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 20 January 2026.
  • • No refund will be made for requests received after 01 February 2026.
  • • Refunds will be made 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only.
