Situated on the banks of Godavari and surrounded by Sahyadris, Nashik was once the Divine abode of Lord Rama himself!

The Theme for this Conference is “Sharing Experience, Striving For Excellence – In Neurosurgery”. We are arranging a host of Scientific activities viz. Orations, Symposia, Panel Discussions, Cadaveric Workshops and of course Cultural Events.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing & must be accompanied by the original to the conference secretariat at mcns2026@gmail.com

DEDUCTION OF THE CHARGES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
  • ▶   25% deduction for cancellation made up to 31 December 2025
  • ▶   50% deduction for cancellation made up to 15 January 2026
  • ▶   75% deduction for cancellation made up to 20 January 2026
  • ▶   No refund for requests made after 1 February 2026
  • ▶   Refunds will be made 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only
